How to Open Pulse/Receiver Mode: please unlock the pendulum of laser level, press "H" and hold it for 3 seconds, then pulse/receiver mode is opened, the line laser and receiver can be compatible now.
How to Open Tilt Mode: please unlock the pendulum, press "V" and hold it for 3 seconds, then the red singal will appear on the keypad, so the slash function is opened.
